Hello, I’m Patricia, welcome on this website, and in my home soon, I hope. It is named “canaletto”. I am Norman, and my husband, Walter, is from Italian origins, from Venice.

I once fell in love with the laguna and riso nero… Here, as in Venice, water is everywhere, around us, with the river, the pond, and the little canal (hence the name of our house).

Our home is located in Normandy, in the outbuildings of a castle which is no longer here. You will be accommodated upstairs, but totally independent . You will enjoy your own terrace by the Cailly river.

From your flat, you will enjoy wonderful views on the river ; wild squirrels will come and see you by the windows, you will see the wild ducks hiding here during hunting days. If you feel like it, why not fishing a wild trout ? You may even come across a young deer… And, if you wish , I could prepare my risotto for you, not very Norman indeed… Ok… but you could also taste a very good camembert !
